DONATION REQUESTS:

Brown's Bakery is a small locally owned business that is committed to supporting the Lexington communities in which our employees live and work.  We welcome donation requests, however, due to our size, space, and limited resources we cannot grant every request and hope you understand.

It is for this reason that we ask all donation requests adhere to the following guidelines for consideration:

- All requests must be received in writing a minimum of 30 days in advance.  PLEASE NOTE: Due to the large volume of requests and our resources we cannot respond to every request personally.

- Your organization must be a legitimate non-profit organization with a federal tax ID with 501c3 status

- Please provide a summary and/or detailed explanation of what the organization is requesting and what the donation will be used for.

- Please advise if we have donated to your group/organization in the past and if so when.

- Please include a copy of your IRS non-profit letter and tax ID number.

- Include contact information (Name of contact person, address, telephone numbers and email address, if applicable).

NO VERBAL OR INFORMAL REQUESTS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Brown's Bakery is located at the corner of North Forbes Road and the last block of West Main Street before the street name changes to Leestown Road.
